Knox Insurance Brokers Ltd. has provided market for the general 
insurance needs of North Bay and area for over 50 years. We provide a full range of general insurance products to consumers throughout the Province of Ontario.
Knox Insurance Brokers Ltd. is licensed with the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario and has membership in the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario, Insurance Institute of Ontario, Centre for Study of Insurance Operations, Insurance Institute of Canada, and the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce. Knox Insurance Brokers does business under contract with 15 different general insurance companies including 6 of the 10 largest carriers in Canada. We are tribunalized at Lloyds of London. Knox accesses the balance of the world’s insurance market through strategic alliances with multi-national insurance brokers and companies. Knox can provide access to global specialty markets and expertise and still provide a hands-on local level of service required by small to medium size companies that do not employ risk managers.
At Knox the least expensive policy in the marketplace is usually not available. Our goal is to provide coverage through stable insurance markets and manage your account through the usually turbulent cycles of the general insurance marketplace without dislocation.
In addition to all standard and non-standard personal lines, we have specialties in Marine yacht and high valued unprotected and semi-protected homes. Our commercial specialties are transportation, municipal, forestry, and mining business. We also have significant volume of business related to the Healthcare Industry and the Resources based sectors.
