Knox has access to facilities which provide high limits of liability for all companies and non profit entities irrespective of size. Fiduciary Liability
Knox has developed a special policy to protect trustees of "Multi Employer Pension Trust Funds". Pension and benefit plan administrators can offer their clients broad wordings and reasonable premiums for limits up to 25M.

Real Estate purchasers, individual producers and contractors face environmental liabilities through ownership or clean-up of contaminated sites. Knox has access to markets that provided insurance and advice for this exposure.
