An insurance claim can be a stressful experience. Your Knox Broker is here to be your advocate and trusted advisor to assist you in claims proceedings.

If you have an emergency claim, please contact the brokerage by telephone 705.474.4000 or toll-free 1.800.461.7342. If you have an emergency claim after hours please use our after-hours claims service by calling SSA Adjusters at 705.476.1474 - 24 hours / day, 7 days / week.

To report a non-urgent claim please call your broker during normal business hours. Please note that our office hours at 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
